RIET has established a vision statement: “Groom the Youth as Innovative, Creative and Empathetic Technologists, Hospitality Professionals, Managers and Entrepreneurs for Social Transformation.”. As Principal, I am greatly impressed by the dedication of our college staff to provide an excellent all-round education for our students. Our state-of-the-art facilities enhance this commitment. The focus is primarily on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and Experiential Learning. Our academic activities are designed to help students acquire a strong theoretical knowledge base and develop the skills necessary to apply that knowledge effectively. We continually review and enhance our programs to ensure that students cultivate critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, entrepreneurial skills, as well as interpersonal and communication skills. There is also an ample of scope in co-curricular and extracurricular activities at RIET wherein the students are encouraged to show their talents. RIET ensures that the students prove themselves to be not only well-qualified engineers but also very responsible and ideal citizens of our country. In RIET it is believed and practised that excellence is a continuous process and in pursuit of this the institute has made deep forays into contributing world renowned technocrats, successful entrepreneurs, competent leaders, innovative scientists and researchers.
